Flag football Sarasota

N Zone Sports Suncoast the leader in youth sports is gearing up to provide an exciting season with paid certified referees, skilled coaches, and a positive atmosphere for children 4-15 years old. Whether your child is a seasoned veteran or just starting out everyone is welcome to join the "Fun".

Our youth flag football league will be divided into different age divisions, including a middle school division, to ensure fair and competitive gameplay. The field dimensions are perfect for exciting matches, measuring 60 yards by 25 with 7-yard end zones. Offensive teams start from their own 5-yard line and have three tries to advance past midfield. Each game will last for 9 weeks, with matches scheduled on Mondays and Saturdays.
