Our Spring Flag Football League is a fast-paced, fun, confidence-building football experience for kids ages 3-13.
This is real football -- passing, catching, running routes, flag-pulling, offense, defense -- but in a non-contact, development-focused format designed to help every player succeed.

We believe in healthy competition, but never a “win at all costs” mentality.
Kids play hard, learn the game, build confidence, and have a great time -- without pressure, yelling, or chaos.

This program has been engineered around what Bergen County parents told us matters most:

? Flag Football League Season Dates
March 28 – May 23, 2026 (Saturdays Only)
8 Total Weeks:
Week 1: Meet & Greet (3/28/26)
Weeks 2–7: Regular Season Games (Begin 4/11/26)
Week 8: Playoffs & Championships (5/23/26)

Consolation games for all non-qualifiers so EVERY player finishes the season on the field.

Additional fields in Bergen County will be used as needed based on scheduling and field availability.

Prorated for Remaining Weeks

Registration includes:
✔ Official N Zone Sports jersey
✔ Full league season (8 weeks)
✔ End-of-season awards
✔ Balanced playing time for all athletes
✔ Coaching support
✔ Refereed, structured game experience

Required but NOT included:
• mouthguard
• athletic shorts
• cleats (recommended)

? Divisions

Age brackets will be finalized based on registrations.

If there is enough interest, we will launch a girls-only division -- one of the first in the area.

? Meet & Greet Week
During Week 1, players will:
• meet teammates
• meet coaches
• receive jerseys
• complete warm-ups and drills
• learn the league rules
• get comfortable with the environment

This is a low-pressure, fun, welcoming intro week that helps shy or new players settle in confidently.

? Practice and Game Day (Saturdays only)
All practices take place on Game Day before the games begin.
The game schedule is determined by total registration numbers and will be released the Monday after Meet & Greet.

? End-of-Season Awards
? Championship trophies -- awarded to division champions
? Runners-up trophies
?️ Achievement medals for all other players

We encourage parents to volunteer to coach -- it’s one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have, and kids LOVE having a parent coach. N Zone Sports will provide training and support to get all coaches comfortable with their responsibilities.

• Practice days/times are set based on availability -- flexibility is necessary.
• Game schedules are finalized after Meet & Greet.
