What should I expect on my child’s first day?

All first days for new players are handled with extra care and encouragement. Players are introduced to the group and guided through activities in a welcoming, supportive environment to help them feel comfortable and confident.

What should I send my child to sports training with?

Please send your child with their N Zone Sports uniform, tennis shoes, sunscreen if desired, and a water bottle (required during summer months). All sports equipment and training materials are provided by N Zone coaches.

How long do N Zone sessions usually last?

Sessions typically last between 30–45 minutes depending on the age group and flow of instruction. In cases of extreme heat or weather conditions, session lengths may be adjusted for player safety.

What sports skills does my child learn at N Zone?

N Zone Sports focuses on teaching athletic fundamentals through fun games, drills, and activities. Children are introduced to the basics of more than 12 different sports while developing coordination, teamwork, listening skills, and overall athletic ability.

What months do N Zone Junior sessions run?

Unless otherwise determined by the school, N Zone Junior programs operate year-round from January through December.

Where can I view my child’s progress?

Weekly photos and videos are shared through our social media platforms, along with a weekend newsletter highlighting activities, skills, and featured moments from sessions. Content is typically posted within 1–3 days after classes.

Does my child receive awards at N Zone?

Yes. N Zone hosts special Recognition Days throughout the year where athletes receive achievement medals celebrating growth, effort, and consistency. Players must generally be enrolled for at least two consecutive months prior to the event to participate.

What happens if a session has to be cancelled?

If a session is cancelled due to weather and no indoor space is available, N Zone will work with the school to schedule a makeup session when possible. If cancellations occur due to holidays, school events, or school closures, sessions will not be credited or rescheduled.

When will I be billed?

Billing occurs monthly through automatic draft, beginning 30 days after your child’s first attended class. Any billing or subscription changes must be handled through the N Zone leadership team.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If a payment is declined or a card expires, a follow-up invoice will be sent from our billing department. Parents should contact staff directly to update payment information.

What is the behavior and discipline policy?

N Zone coaches use a positive and structured discipline approach that includes verbal reminders and brief timeouts when necessary. If behavior continues to disrupt the group, the child may be returned to class and parents will receive follow-up communication.

What if my child does not respond well to training?

If a player consistently struggles to participate positively over multiple sessions, our staff will communicate with parents to determine the best path forward. If withdrawal is recommended, a prorated refund may be issued excluding registration fees.

What happens if we move schools?

If your child transfers to a school where N Zone is not currently offered, billing will be stopped. Families are also encouraged to refer new schools to our program.

Are there any outside programs available?

Yes. N Zone is actively expanding beyond in-school programming to include camps, clinics, and Saturday academies. Additional programs and locations are announced regularly.
