Our cheer programs focus on confidence, teamwork, movement, and fun while introducing kids to the basics of cheerleading in a supportive environment.

👧 Program Details

• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Programs held at local schools and community locations
• Focus on beginner and recreational cheer

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging cheer sessions for kids
• Teach basic cheer motions, chants, jumps, and simple routines
• Create a positive and encouraging environment
• Ensure participant safety and inclusion
• Communicate professionally with parents and program coordinators

✅ Requirements

• Experience in cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, or youth sports preferred
• Passion for working with children
• Energetic, reliable, and positive attitude
• Ability to manage small groups of kids
• Must complete Washington State background check (WA Merit)

💰 Compensation

$18-$25 per hours (Pay varies based on experience and qualifications.)
