Welcome to the 2026 Fall N Zone Sports Flag Football Clinic! We are excited to have your family join us for a fun-filled 5-week program focused on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and having fun.

Our Flag Football Clinic is designed for boys and girls ages 3–14 of all experience levels. Coaches will provide instruction (age-appropriate divisions based on number of enrollments) throughout the program to create the best possible learning experience.

Clinic Highlights

• Open to boys and girls ages 3–14

• Players will be grouped based on age, enrollment numbers, skill levels, and coach evaluation
• Coaches may adjust groupings during the program as needed to provide the best experience for the players

Age Groups / Divisions

The following age groups are general guidelines. Final groupings are not guaranteed and will depend on the number of enrollments, player skill levels, and coach evaluation.

• Ages 3–5: Juniors – Instructional activities focused on basic football skills, movement, coordination, and fun
• Ages 6–8: Freshmen
• Ages 9+ Junior Varsity

Important: Clinic Format — No Formal Games

Please note that this is a Flag Football Clinic, not a formal league, and no formal games are guaranteed as part of the program.

The primary focus will be on football instruction, skill development, drills, teamwork, and fun activities. Depending on the number of enrollments, scrimmages or game-like activities may be introduced if there are enough players to form appropriate teams.

Any game-like activities will be determined by the coaches based on enrollment numbers, player skill levels, and the overall structure of the program.

For our Juniors ages 3–4, the program will remain instructional and will not include formal games. Parent participation is encouraged for our youngest athletes when appropriate.

Season Information

• Season: September–October 2026
• Duration: 5 weeks
• Schedule: Every Sunday
• Time: 6:00 PM–7:00 PM
• First Session / Meet & Greet: September 27th
• Final Session: October 25th
• Location: North Creek Sports Field #2, Bothell, WA

Each weekly session will include approximately 60 minutes of field time, incorporating warm-ups, football fundamentals, skill instruction, drills, team activities, and game-like activities when appropriate.

What to Bring

Players should bring:

• Mouthguard — required for participation
• Football for practice
• Cleats — optional for younger players; recommended for older players
• Athletic clothing appropriate for outdoor play
• Water bottle

Football Size Guide:

• Ages 5–9: Size 5 (Pee Wee)
• Ages 10+: Size 6 (Junior)

Important Policies

• All registrations are non-refundable; all sales are final.
• Player placement and special grouping requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Age groupings/or divisions may be adjusted based on enrollment numbers, skill levels, and coach evaluation.
• Juniors ages 3–4 participate in instructional activities only.
• Scrimmages or game-like activities for other age groups are dependent on enrollment numbers and the ability to form appropriate teams.
