The wait is almost over! We are incredibly excited to welcome all of our athletes and families to the upcoming Spring Soccer & Flag Football season.

Before the games officially begin, we are hosting our mandatory Season Meet N' Greet to get everyone geared up and ready to play.

🗓️ Meet N Greet Details

When: Saturday, July 11, 2026

Where: Soldado Park (Las Cruces, NM)

Time: 🚨 TO BE ANNOUNCED HERE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO MEET N' GREET 🚨 (A detailed schedule by age group will be posted right here on this page and emailed to all families).

📋 When Will I Hear From a Coach?

Once Late Registration strictly ends on June 11, 2026, our team immediately gets to work organizing rosters, balancing teams, and assigning volunteer coaches (which takes about 3–7 days).

Here is what to expect regarding communication:

The Standard Timeline: Expect to hear from a coach approximately one to two weeks after registration closes (between June 18th and June 25th).

OR (The Reality): Technically, our volunteer coaches are not mandated to reach out or meet the team until the official Meet N' Greet on July 11th. However, about 90% of our coaches do reach out early as soon as they receive their rosters in June. If you don't hear from anyone right away, don't panic! You are guaranteed to meet your coach and teammates at the event.

🚨 Critical League Policies (Please Read!)

Uniform Issues: Meet N Greet is the only day to address uniform errors. We place our final makeup order first thing Monday morning and cannot delay it. Because replacement uniforms & parent/fan gear is processed in this same batch, any delays will compromise the timeline for everyone. No jersey issues will be addressed after the Meet N' Greet.

Registrations: We will not accept any registrations at the Meet N' Greet, or after registration closes. 

🎒 What to Expect

Meet Your Team: Introduce yourself to your volunteer coaches and teammates.

Jersey Pickup: Uniforms will be distributed so your player is ready for game day. It is very important to have your player try their uniform and address any uniform issues at the meet n greet. 

League Overview: Coaches and staff will go over league rules, schedules, and expectations.

Game Schedule: The official game schedule will be released on the day of the meet n greet

Game dates (Saturdays): 07/18, 07/25, 08/01, 08/08, 08/15, 08/22, 08/29

• Flag Football Games: Late Mornings/Early Afternoons
