⚾ N ZONE BASEBALL LEAGUE

*IMPORTANT: Register your child based on the grade they will enter for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year.*

N Zone T-ball Juniors (Pre-K):
A FUN jump-start program for early-aged players! Juniors focus on basic fundamentals and having FUN.
ELIGIBILITY: Players must turn 3 on or before the season end date (11/15/26) to participate.
Juniors do not participate in the value medal program due to age.

N Zone Coach Pitch (Grades Kinder - 2nd):
A true seasonal league with fair play rules, weekly standings, and umpires. Players get up to 3 strikes from a coach before hitting from a tee. Includes playoffs, championships, and awards!


PLAYER & COACH REQUESTS
Refunds are NOT issued if a request is not granted.

Team balancing is our top priority to ensure a fair and fun league.

Placement: Requests are considered but NOT guaranteed.

Requests: You must provide the correct FIRST & LAST NAME of the player or coach if you have a coach or friend request. Requests are not required to participate in N Zone Sports.

Deadlines: Requests must be entered in the "Special Requests" section during registration. No changes can be made after registration ends.

Restrictions: Team sign-ups are not permitted. Requests to "play-up" into older divisions will not be granted.

Divisions: T-ball Juniors (Pre-K) & Coach Pitch (K - 2nd Grade)

Grade Verification: To ensure fair competition and accurate team balancing, N Zone Sports reserves the right to request grade verification (such as a report card or school portal screenshot) for any participant.

Provided Gear: Game helmets, bats, and baseballs are provided by the league.

Special Event: Friday Night Lights on 09/11
We are hosting our first-ever Friday night game on September 11th. We are honored to dedicate this evening to one of our coaches—a retired officer who responded to the events of 9/11—to celebrate his service.

📋 When Will I Hear From a Coach?

Once Late Registration ends on July, 10th 2026, our team immediately gets to work organizing rosters, balancing teams, and assigning volunteer coaches (which takes about 3–7 days).

Here is what to expect regarding communication:

The Standard Timeline: Expect to hear from a coach approximately one to two weeks after registration closes (between July 15th-July 25th).

OR (The Reality): Technically, our volunteer coaches are not mandated to reach out or meet the team until the official Meet N' Greet on August 9th. However, many coaches typically reach out early as soon as they receive their rosters in July. If you don't hear from anyone right away, don't panic! You are guaranteed to meet your coach and teammates at the event.

Practices
Practices will be held 1-2 times per week during the week after 5:30 PM and alternatively 1.5 hours prior to games on gameday if needed.

Exact practice days, times, and locations are determined entirely by your volunteer head coach.


⚠️ PAYMENT POLICY: Registration is only complete once the fee is paid. Incomplete registrations do not secure a spot. Registration fees are non-refundable; this includes instances where a child is registered for the incorrect grade level.
